Dr. Olympia Karadima is a Business Development Manager at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL), where she leads strategic initiatives within the space sector. With expertise in telecommunications and emerging technologies, she works closely with industry, government, and research partners to set the vision, drive innovation and secure strategic investments.
Prior to NPL, Dr. Karadima was a Senior Engineer at Cambridge Consultants, where she participated in deep-tech projects, bridging cutting-edge research with commercial applications. She holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from King’s College London, where her research focused on microwave imaging algorithms for medical diagnostics.
