Unlike studies focused on drought and heat stress, this research examines the impact of rising winter temperatures and excessive rainfall on crops and how these changes can be monitored early in crop development. The study analyzed rainfall and temperature anomalies in 2024 using ERA5 monthly aggregates, comparing the winter conditions of 2024 to a 30-year average (19902020).
