Sabrina currently leads the KPMG EU Space Practice and is a Director in the Sustainability Advisory Practice at KPMG Luxembourg, where she works with clients across numerous industries on various sustainability matters ranging from Space Sustainability, Integration of space technology for Financial Services, ESG strategy, ESG reporting, Net Zero roadmap to Sustainable Finance and Diversity & Inclusion, amongst many others.
After her bachelor’s in Theoretical Physics, Sabrina entered the space industry by completing her master’s at the International Space University in Strasbourg, France. She has worked at NASA Goddard Space Flight Centre and the European Space Agency ESA/EAC before specialising in sustainability within the sector and obtaining her MBA. She worked at SES Satellites, developing and creating the ESG strategy whilst building the department and capabilities. In her previous role at BDO, she created a whole new service line whereby she served clients such as ESA and the EU Commission DEFIS (Space and defence) on sustainability related projects.
In addition to her professional contributions, Sabrina is personally committed to ESG. Sabrina is a space and sustainability lecturer at numerous institutions such as the International Space University, EPFL, EIIS (European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability), Luxembourg House of Training and various universities across the UK. She served as a Technical Manager for Space4Climate, a group chaired by the UK Space Agency and is a mentor for UNOOSA Space4Women group.
