David Ngindu Buabua, PhD in Science with major in Geophysics. Domain of specialty: remote sensing, climate change and green economy.
David is a full Professor at the National University (Université Pedagogue Nationale), Visitor professor at Kinshasa University in Kinshasa, in DR CONGO. David has become the Director General of Centre National de Télédétection (Remote Sensing National Center) since November 2022 which is a part of Research Ministry.
