Dr Sherif Sedky

Sherif Sedky has 33 years of regional and international experience in international academic institutions in the Middle East, Europe and the United States. In August 2022, the President of Egypt issued a presidential decree for appointing Dr Sedky as the Chief Executive Officer of the Egyptian Space Agency. He is the Chair of the United Nations Committee for Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (UNCOPUOS), and the Chair of the Arab Space Cooperation Group.
