Speaker: Rob Coorey, Geospatial Intelligence Pty Ltd, AustraliaThis study explores the use of high-resolution satellite imagery from the Airbus Pleiades Neo constellation to classify eucalyptus species in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia. The classification aims to support biomass estimation, which is vital for managing the carbon cycle and carbon abatement projects. The research focuses on five eucalyptus species and employs both supervised (K-Means) and unsupervised (Iso-Clustering) classification methods.
